Bookie is an AI-powered travel concierge. By providing your phone number and request details, you authorize Bookie's AI systems to act as your agent and contact third-party venues to secure bookings on your behalf.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and phone numbers, and you grant authorization for Bookie to use your name and number on calls made on your behalf. You are solely responsible for honoring or canceling any reservations made through the Service.

3. Limitations of AI and Liability

We do not guarantee reservation success. We are not responsible for errors during booking, missed reservations, or any direct or indirect damages. Bookie is an intermediary software tool, not a travel agency.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any conduct that violates these Terms.
